Results from Capacity Building Activities with Healthcare Professionals

This section presents key findings and infographic summaries from capacity-building activities conducted with primary healthcare professionals under the AGORA project – Advancing Gender Equality through Oversight and Reporting in Albania.

The materials highlight the knowledge, perceptions, experiences, and training needs of healthcare professionals regarding the identification, reporting, referral, and management of gender-based violence cases.

Developed on the basis of training activities and assessment exercises carried out in several municipalities across Albania, these infographic summaries provide an accessible overview of the results and support ongoing efforts to strengthen the healthcare sector’s response to gender-based violence.
