Outcome: Improved quality (trained staff and coordinated response of institutions in reported cases of violence, protective measures issued, risk assessment list completed where avail-able) of services for survivors of GBV.

Output 1: Women supported in leaving violent environments and becoming more autonomous
Output 2: Quality evidence-based proposals for secondary legislation for assisting survivors are put forth.
Output 3: Improved skills of service providers to ensure increased safety/security of survivors.
