 “Elaboration of Local Development Operational Plans for newly established Local Government Units in Albania" project. The project was as part of UNDP's STAR project. GADC provided technical assistance to the new municipalities of Vau i Dejes, Puka, Fushe Arrez and Kamza to develop Local Development Operational Plans, including project fiches for capital investments for a short period of 3 years.
