Pre-incubation: Training on Entrepreneurship Development for Youth in Vlora

On 21 December 2023, the Gender Alliance for Development Center (GADC) organized a basic training on pre-incubation in business at the Vlora Library, aiming to prepare 16 young people aged 18-19 years old from Vlora in developing a business. The training was carried out as part of the project "Leaving the past behind: Building Resilience to violent extremism through support and education." This program is led by the Counseling Line for Women and Girls (CLWG) and financed by the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF).

The training included the main steps of identifying the problem, developing a solution, and revising the solution, providing a detailed and practical approach to the process. The participants benefited from skills development in identifying problems and finding innovative solutions.

The training encouraged skills improvement analysis, helping young people develop competencies in receiving, interpreting and using constructive feedback. They also acquired skills in business planning and designing sustainable plans for the market. Participation in the programs of "Youth Guarantee for Development" offered additional opportunities for exploration and their development in the field of entrepreneurship, adding value to their professional journey.
