Follow-up sessions of the “Talent in Business” training

The Gender Alliance for Development Center, in the framework of the "She Leads" project, supported by the Government of the Netherlands and the Embassy of the Netherlands in Albania, has continued its efforts to empower women entrepreneurs in Albania. On May 9 and 10, we organized two online sessions as a follow-up to the “Talent in Business” training held in Durrës on February 2-3, 2023. This was an important opportunity for women entrepreneurs to share experiences and learn the latest strategies from the experts of the Dutch "Brilliant Entrepreneurs" organization.

This initiative is an important commitment to helping Albanian women develop their enterprises. With a focus on creating a favorable environment and promoting women’s entrepreneurship, the project aims to improve the commitment of stakeholders and financial companies to supporting Albanian women’s entrepreneurship.

In these sessions, we discussed the short-term and long-term goals set during the February training, and the extent to which the women entrepreneurs had managed to change or adapt them over time. The focus on goal setting and finding the right moment to change or adapt those goals is essential for a successful enterprise. With these trainings, we aim to help women entrepreneurs enhance their skills and achieve their goals.

As Gender Alliance for Development Center, we believe that all of us should be committed to helping Albanian women grow and develop in the business world. This is an important mission and we are happy to be able to share our experience and knowledge with women entrepreneurs in Albania.
