Marketing strategies for women entrepreneurs emphasized in gender-inclusive business training in Tirana

On March 10, 2023, the second training session for women entrepreneurs operating in the Municipality of Tirana took place at the Tirana Castle. Topics covered included marketing techniques and strategies, with a particular focus on SWOT analysis and promoting businesses based on their strengths.

This training was part of a series of capacity building trainings organized by the Gender Alliance for Development Center as part of the project "Women's Economic Empowerment through Gender Sensitive Value Chain Interventions", which is supported by the Gender Equity and Equality Action (GEEA) Fund of the Department of State.

During the session, the concept of the business value chain from a gender perspective was introduced, and women entrepreneurs discussed their strengths as well as their need for training and qualifications.

Similar trainings will be held in the future for other groups of women entrepreneurs in Tirana.
