POP – Focus Group with citizens of Administrative Unit no. 3, Tirana

Today we met with residents of administrative unit no. 3 in Tirana and talked about the priorities of the Social Contract POP – Juxtaposing Political Offers, and about the work done by the municipality of Tirana and this administrative unit in fulfilling their priorities.

The drinking water problem remains, even though this unit is part of the pilot project for 24-hour water supply. The residents say that water supply is available on specific hours, at least for most of the unit. For this priority and other citizens' issues, GADC is preparing the Second Year Monitoring Report of the Social Contract.

Next week, we will continue our meetings with citizens in different administrative units.
