We start the series of trainings and information campaigns with women working in garment factories

We have launched a series of informative trainings on workers’ rights in the textile industry. The first training took place on 25.09.2021 where women were introduced to their workplace rights, such as: having a work contract in accordance with the law, maternity leave, insurance, workplace safety and health, etc.

Also, flyers with the toll-free number 08001818 were handed out among the women and they were encouraged to contact this number, which protects their anonymity and offers legal aid, for any case of discrimination or mistreatment in the workplace.
