Advocacy meetings about the Social Contract in Tirana Administrative Units 3 and 4

11.5.2022 The Gender Alliance for Development Center has started a series of meetings with the administrators of the Tirana Municipality Administrative Units.

These meetings aim to analyze the priorities of the Social Contract based on the Second Monitoring Year Report, as well as to preliminarily discuss with administrators about the new findings from meetings with citizens.

Today we visited the head of Administrative Unit No. 3, Mrs. Liri Qoshi, and the head of Administrative Unit No. 4, Mrs. Ergesta Ninga, with whom we analyzed the findings and recommendations for each unit, emphasizing civic engagement, public hearings and the mechanisms that the units use to notify citizens.
