Erjona Mulellari

Mrs. Erjona Mulellari, holds a BA in Sociology and a MSc in Sociology of Social Development and Gender Studies, graduating with honors in both degrees from University of Tirana, Faculty of Social Sciences. She started working with civil society organizations in 2011 with a reintegration school program for children and teenagers coming from marginalized groups. In 2012 she has become part of Gender Alliance for Development Center, working with women and girls, different social groups, decision makers and public institutions at local and central level. The focuses of the projects were advancement of gender equality, women’s rights, citizen engagement in decision making processes and good governance. GADC has positively marked her future career in civil society sector.

Since March 2014, she holds the position of Executive Director of the Coalition for Free and Fair Elections and for Sustainable Democracy (CFFESD). Mrs. Mulellari is responsible for organization management and strategic development. She has managed CFFESD team during Primary Health Care Centers Monitoring Project and Monitoring of Local Elections 2015. She is highly skilled at Nonprofit Organizations and has an extensive professional experience in project management cycles.

She has been a part-time lecturer at the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Tirana. Since April 2017 she holds the position of Gender and Social Inclusion Specialist for the Consolidation of Territorial and Administrative Reform Project, part of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). She currently works as a Grant Manager of a EU funded project at the Albanian National Training and Technical Assistance Resource Centre (ANTTARC).

She considers herself a feminist and strongly believes in the values ​​of volunteering, civic activism and social support for people in need.
