Training with Women Entrepreneurs of District 12, Tirana

The Gender Alliance for Development Center, for several months now has been organizing trainings for women entrepreneurs who operate in different administrative units of the Municipality of Tirana. These trainings are being conducted within the framework of the project "Women's Economic Empowerment through Gender-Sensitive Value Chain Interventions", which aims to address issues of gender equality and women's economic empowerment in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change.

On the 4th of October, we organized a training in District 12, where the topics of access to finance, budgeting, banking and insurance products, and the value chain were discussed. With the purpose of improving women's access to the business market, empowering them and reducing the insecurities they face, the participants were provided information and guidance that will help them make informed decisions for the development of their businesses.
