Training on Business Development with Women Entrepreneurs of Zall-Herr Administrative Unit

For several months now, the Gender Alliance for Development Center has been implementing the project "Women's Economic Empowerment through Gender-Sensitive Value Chain Interventions", supported by the Gender Equity and Equality Action (GEEA) Fund of the Department of State and the U.S. Embassy in Tirana. Through this project, we aim to address issues of gender equality and women'e economic empowerment in the context of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change.

During the project timeframe, GADC has organized trainings for women entrepreneurs in various administrative units of Tirana, with the purpose of empowering women in business and lowering the level of insecurity they experience regarding their businesses.

Today, on October 2nd, the latest training was conducted with women entrepreneurs of the Zall-Herr unit, focused on budgeting, access to finance, banking and insurance products, and the value chain. The training also aimed to support and guide the women in making informed decisions and overcoming obstacles in business.
