Business Development Training for Women Entrepreneurs of Administrative Unit no. 9, Tirana

29.06.2023 Gender Alliance for Development Center is implementing the project "Women’s Economic Empowerment through Gender-Sensitive Value Chain Interventions", through which it aims to address issues of gender equality and the economic empowerment of women entrepreneurs in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change. The project is supported by Gender Equity and Equality Action (GEEA) Fund of the Department of State and the U.S. Embassy in Tirana.

The project aims to improve women entrepreneurs’ access to the business market and to empower them, reducing the insecurities they experience in the development of their businesses. On 29.06.2023, we held the latest training session with women in business and staff members of administrative unit no. 9.

The training focused on access to finance, budgeting, banking products, the value chain, and insurance products. It provided information and guidelines to help women make informed decisions and overcome obstacles in business development.
