Project title: “Advancing Gender Equality through Oversight and Reporting in Albania” (AGORA)

Co- Applicants: Together for life (TfL) and Institute of Romani Culture in Albania (IRCA)

Project Objective: The project’s main objective is to empower diverse women’s civil society organizations (WCSOs) and grassroots groups (Roma and LGBTQI+) in Albania to monitor and effectively hold relevant institutions accountable for implementing gender equality and against gender-based violence (GE&GBV) legal framework.

Target municipalities: Tiranë, Korçë, Lezhë, Kukës, Fier, Elbasan.

Impact: Achieving quality social/health protection services for survivors of violence in line with Albania’s legal framework and international commitments.

Outcome: Women and girls, including those at the margins of society access quality health and social protection from gender-based violence.
