Megi Zylali - Project Coordinator

Megi Arapi is a dedicated and accomplished individual who has been working at the Gender Alliance Center for Development for the past 7 years. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Professional Master's degree in School Psychology from the European University of Tirana.

As a member of the project coordination team and administrative assistance in the office, Megi has shown a strong commitment to promoting gender equality, reducing domestic violence, advocating for gender budgeting and protecting children's rights. She regularly participates in training and development programs to enhance her knowledge and skills.

In her role as coordinator and administrative assistant, Megi has a diverse range of responsibilities. She is responsible for organizing meetings and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met. Megi prepares various materials and documents for the GADC, reviews and summarizes reports and documents, and serves as a liaison between staff and the executive director.

Megi is responsible for maintaining the office, including communication, presentation of documentation, correspondence, and reception of the public. She ensures that deadlines defined in the coordination project are respected and assists colleagues in coordinating projects. Megi maintains the project database and conducts research on topics of interest to the organization's objectives.

With her strong organizational and communication skills, Megi has been instrumental in the success of the GADC. Her dedication to the cause of gender equality and children's rights has earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues.
