Empowerment of Women Farmers in Luf, Qerret Puka

The Gender Alliance for Development Center (GADC) Albania is implementing the regional project “Increasing Women’s Access to Employment,” which is being supported by the Norwegian Embassy in Pristina.

One of the beneficiaries of this project, “Anisa Nezir Gergjari Farm,” developed this project in Luf, Puka.

Objective of the Project: Increasing the participation of women in the social sphere as well as that of decent work.

• 10 goats were bought.
• Women were empowered regarding topics such as gender equality and domestic violence.
• Capacity building of women through four trainings held by the expert in the field of zootechnics, A. Gergjari.
