SONILA SALILLARI

Sonila Salillari is an experienced licensed Project Manager with an extensive background in Capital Planning, Asset  Management and Software Engineering. Over the course of her 10 + year career she has been involved in all aspects of managing major projects throughout their life-cycle including scope, time and cost management. Her experience in capital asset management planning is mostly focused on planning and prioritizing the renewal of physical assets using life-cycle principles


She has extensive experience developing training program and related materials not only for end user but also for train the trainers and professional certification. She has also worked extensively in the areas of systems development and implementation.

Port Authorities NY and NJ – New York, NY - Setting up asset/structure inventory by using capital planning software methodology for Port Authorities NY and NJ. Included development of business process rules, change management and database structure for a diverse large portfolio (vertical and linear unique assets such as: bridges, tunnels, rail and tracks – over 10,000 assets and structures). 

National Resource Council Canada  - Ottawa, ON - Implementing capital planning software methodology for 200 assets across Canada together with the scheduling and coordination of architectural and mechanical / electrical assessment teams.


Nova Scotia Department of Health – Halifax, NS – This approximately 12 million-sf capital planning software implementation includes health and long term care facilities in Nova Scotia. Assisted in developing effective strategic capital renewal plans for different business units within the Department of Health.  Coordinated all the project support and communication between 50+ users trying to effectively address their issues.
